State-subsidized student loan is the RMB loan granted by ICBC to students in full time high schools for paying tuitions and living costs which is provided with pay interest through the "Student Loan" special account fund set up by education departments.
State-subsidized student loan applies to the university students, students of special subjects, graduate students and students for the second degree in high schools in PRC （not including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan area）. |
