No Sino-foreign fund management companies will be pitching for a mandate to manage China´s more than 60 billion yuan （$1=CNY8.28） national pension scheme, national pension fund adviser Stuart Leckie of Hewitt Associates said Thursday.
´Not at this stage,´ Leckie said, when asked whether the two recently approved joint-venture fund management firms are included among the 10 short-listed companies that will make their presentations in Beijing next week.
Consulting firm Hewitt Associates is the adviser for the National Social Security Fund.
´At the moment, they´´re not yet managing any fund, they have no track record, their system is not yet in place.´ Leckie said. ´Maybe in three years, five years, or 10 years time, why not?´

当被问及新近获准成立的两家合资基金公司会否被列入社保基金管理人候选名单中时﹐Leckie称﹐现阶段不会。目前﹐名单中有10家基金公司﹐它们将于10月份在北京做申请陈述。
