China says its recent satellite-related test is of no threat to the rest of the world.

Responding to a question on China's recent space test, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu said the experiment was not targeted at a country and did not violate any international treaties.

Jiang Yu made the remarks at a regular press conference on Thursday.
